Sangria

Mix 30ml (2 Tbs) Glühwein Mix' with500 ml red wine, 500 ml cold water and

pieces of fresh fruit. Fruit juice may be added for the sweeter tooth

Cook pumpkin and flavour with Glühwein Mix

Semolina Pap

Boil 1l Milk, 1 tsp Salt, ¼ cup sugar, ¼ cup Glühwein Mix. Add 1 cup Semolina and stir until thick. Quickly add 2 eggs, one at a time. Serve hot.

Plum Jam

Heat 1 kg pitted prunes, 70 ml water, 750 g sugar and 4Tbs Glühwein Mix. Stir until sugar is disolved. Boil a little faster until jam is reduced in quantity. Drop a little on a plate and cool. If it is thick enough, bottle in warm flasks and seal.
